Please note that in some cases you may access the RightsDirect Web Site services through the Web site of a participating copyright rightsholder, such as a publisher or one of our integration partners. In those cases, you will be directed to a Web page within the RightsDirect Web Site, and it is RightsDirect that will be collecting your information, even though you may continue to see the copyright rightsholder’s branding or logo.


We will retain the personal information that we collect from you for as long as the information is relevant to our business purposes or until you request that we remove the data. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You have a right to request a copy of the personal information that RightsDirect holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected.

We use cookies to track activity on our email communications and website traffic. We and our partners, affiliates, and service providers may use these cookies and similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the website, track users’ movements around the website, to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.
